  • A Commission shall be organized for the purpose of advising the GM, the EB or the President when necessary.
  • The President establishes a commission when necessary, and decides its dissolution when it has fulfilled its task.
  • Commission meeting shall be operated by approval of the Chairperson, and the Chairperson has the greatest authority during
    the meeting.
  • Member of WMC must be the member of at least one of the commissions, and the chairperson of the commissions must be
    the person who is qualified as a member of WMC.
  • An individual who is not WMW member must be approved by Executive Board to become a commissioner
  • Regulations of Commissions shall be approved by Executive Board
